Frank has been sharing his home with his guests Anastasiia and Natalia since December 2022 when they arrived from Ukraine.
Frank had been living on his own in North Dublin since his wife died 15 years ago. His family has been lighting the gas lamps of Phoenix Park since 1880. Now, Frank is extending the beacon of welcome to a mother and daughter who have fled their home in Ukraine and are seeking refuge here in Ireland.
